Most Massage and Bodywork treatments listed above can be booked for 30 minutes ($85), 45 minutes ($110), 75 minutes ($155), or 90 minutes ($180). Treatment packages and gift certificates are available.
Our acupuncturists are In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United HealthCare, not including HMO plans, Medicaid, or Medicare. We do accept FSA and HSA cards, however we can’t guarantee that the charges will be approved by your insurance company.
If you haven’t used your insurance for acupuncture in the past, please verify acupuncture benefits with your insurance company before booking services with us as an insurance patient. Not all BlueCross BlueShield or UHC plans have acupuncture benefits and those that do have benefits with varying degrees of coverage.
Verify benefits by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. Ask if acupuncture is covered, and if the answer is yes, follow up with: How much is my deductible? Has it been met? What is the copay or coinsurance? What is my out-of-pocket maximum? Are there any limitations? Also remember to request and record the reference number of the conversation in case you need to refer back to the transcript.
